Prohibited items

User Agreement §9 bans NFA items of any kind, including machine guns, full-auto and select-fire firearms, silencers and suppressors, short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, and any other item regulated under the National Firearms Act. Section 10 bans destructive devices. NFA items are not allowed. Ammunition is not allowed. There is no ammunition category, and a listing for ammunition is refused. The listing form follows the NFA ban: no NFA category, a required not-NFA checkbox, rejected NFA wording, and refused NFA searches. Pre-86 manufacture, ATF registration, and a tax stamp are not exceptions.
